C'est en Anglais désolé mais il s'est passé un truc bizarre dans Runescape hier soir. C'est Bp248 qui m'en a parlé et c'est l'objet de grandes discussions sur le Forum anglais. Je joins l'article du RS Wikia :

The Strange power was an event that occurred at about 19:48 UTC (confirmed by screenshots) on 23 January 2010. All across Gielinor, a strange power was felt by nearly all the players online at the time. The effects lasted for about 7 seconds and featured a red mist-like substance circling players, the levitation of players, and ghost like people appeared behind them. When the levitation was over, players looked at their hands and legs. There was a sound very much like the audio of the Quest Cape emote. A full HD video of the strange power can be seen on YouTube. There have been arguments that this is the start of a new skill or quest. However, this has not been confirmed or unconfirmed yet.

Rumours

After the occurrence, countless numbers of rumours began circulating around RuneScape. Most information exchanged between players may be rumours or hoaxes.

Confirmed rumours

Mod Calm confirmed on the RuneScape Forums that the phenomenon "wasn't a glitch or a bug."^[1]
If you talk to Peer the Seer, he says: "Uuuh... What was that dark presence I felt? ! Ahem, sorry about that."
A Seer in Seers' Village "Uh, what was that dark force? I've never sensed anything like it... Anyway, sorry about that."
The Sin Seer is now saying "My inner eye is clouded from a wave of darkness; give me a moment. What do you want?"
Witchaven Villagers have a chance of saying: "Free. She is free... The mother is free." They are possibly referring to Mother Mallum.

Unconfirmed/false rumours

There were rumours of the re-awakening of Guthix himself (It is confirmed that Juna says nothing of the sort) but this was proven to be a hoax.
Many believed that there was weird activity in Yanille, some claimed to have spotted black holes. There was no black hole at the Wizard's Guild, as was speculated by many players.
The Frozen Door in the God Wars has not changed.
There are no new notes 'Hints'. These have been there since Notes came out and have nothing to do with the surge of power.
The island near Karamja/south of Tutorial Island is visited during Rocking Out.
The Cosmic altar in Zanaris now glows purple along with the usual gold. Other altars appear to be glowing brightly as well. This was updated after Nomad's Requiem.
Pictures of Jagex moderators in-game and on the forums saying
that the new skill would be released next month and the Zaros boss
would be released on 24 January 2010. These pictures were edited and
therefore fake.
There is a red star in the sky if you look through the observatory telescope. This is a false rumor.
Ghost ship in the North-East part of the Wilderness. This ship has been there for a while, and was not a part of this happening.
The Body rune doors at the Elemental Workshop are still closed.
Some Players believe that this is merely a new way of doing minor updates, but this is very unlikely.
This could also be related to a new Sea Slug quest, seeing as
the clue mentiones Temple Knights and the villagers act more strangely
than ever. Acolyte may be a new armor set and rank.

Trivia

Shortly after it occurred, mass panic/excitement broke out among the forums. Speculation ranged from many various topics. Some considered it to being a possible being a hint for a new upcoming skill or quest. Others think that it is the return of Zaros or Guthix to Gielinor. Some players further speculate that it is a test of the Orb of Oculus. However, Free-to-play
players also experienced it, so a new quest is unlikely, and for it to
be tested for the Orb of Oculus, it would also be unlikely due to what
really happened.
Some psychics appear to have been affected by this event, though oddly enough not the Oracle or Gypsy Aris. Those experiencing odd phenomenon include: the Seers of Seers' Village, the Sin Seer, and Peer the Seer.
This event corresponds with the release of Enakhra's Lament 4 years previous, though this could easily be a coincidence.
Both non-members and members experienced this, so many players believe it will be about an update that free-to-play players have access to as well as members.
This was confirmed to not be a glitch by Jagex moderators on the forums.
The power made players all face in a specific direction, depending on the location they were at in RuneScape.
Players at the Grand Exchange faced North East, towards the Chaos
Temple in the wilderness, and players at Seers Village directly north,
towards the Mahjarrat Ritual site. Players at Soul Wars and Yanille
also faced North East. (Possible connection to the Mahjarrat. However,
this may yet be a coincidence. Other locations and directions
appreciated to confirm or reject this theory.)
In the 14th letter to the Chaos Elemental, it was said that the planets are set to align. The Witchaven villagers now say that the stars will soon align.
If a player was moving or performing an action while this
event occurred, they would cancel the emote, but the red mist would
still appear.
On the same day of this occurrence, Mod MMH posted an anagram on the official forums for players to solve. The anagram was Acolyte Until.
He also said that the answer was four words long and began with an I.
However, players quickly figured out that it unscrambled to I can't tell you.
Acolyte is also a ranking of White Knights who tie into the Temple
Knights further hinting towards another Temple Knight's quest.

c pas une rumeur, ils ont insérer sa pour faire présentir le come-back de Lucien, ca fait comme même 1 an quasiment maintenant qu'on la plus revu dans le jeu, c juste mon avis, vous en pensez quoi les autres ?

moi je sens bien une autre dimension dans Runescape, un peu comme Zelda (pour ceux qui connaissent)

Bon, quoi que ce soit, ça devrait être pour aujourd'hui. C'était prévu pour hier mais il y a eu des soucis techniques pour le lancement (message de Mod Emilee sur le Forum anglais)...

Alors ça va être quoi ?

Le nouveau skill ?
Le retour de Zaros ?
Une nouvelle quête des Mahjarrats avec le rituel de passage ?
Le Soul Atlar ?
Les tâches élites des journaux de tâches ?

...

Où bien un seau avec un trou au fond qui permet de vider l'eau plus rapidement ? (OMFG Great Update Jagex !)

On peut probablement exclure 4 des 5 proposition je pense, vu que le strange power étais en f2p comme tu me la dit, mais ça na peut-être aucun raport..... C'est étrange comme le dit son nom... , mais je pense pas que Jagex voulais qu'on le devine, c'est trop vaste ><

Le truc sur ce Strange Power, c'est qu'il a eu lieu aussi sur les serveurs gratuits et le seul truc à propos duquel on sait que Jagex a prévu un lancement P2P et F2P, c'est la nouvelle compétence...
